Janmashtami or Gokulashtami is a festival celebrated all over India. This day is celebrated as birth anniversary celebration of Lord Krishna. Devotees of Lord Krishna eagerly wait for this auspicious day as they perform Pooja of Lord Krishna.

Janmashtami is another favorite one day festival celebrated by every devotee of Lord Krishna. Lord Shri Krishna was born on Ashtami Tithi in Bhadrapada month of Hindu calendar. On this day devotees of Lord Shri Krishna fast for the whole day till the Pooja and then consume food after the completion of Pooja. 

Some devotees prepare an idol of Lord Krishna from clay while some keep their main idol for the Pooja. A small jhula is prepared and idol of lord Krishna is kept in it. The jhula is decorated with flowers and other decorative. Then a pandit performs a Pooja in which naamkaran of lord Krishna is done. After that Aarti of lord Krishna is performed. Devotees chant the name of lord Krishna and also sing songs for them.

- No you do not need to pay any Dakshina to the pandit as the Dakshina is already included in our service cost.

- No you don’t need to pay any extra money for any Pooja or Hawan. All the charges are included in the package.
