Engagement Pooja is performed on the Engagement ceremony day. This Pooja indicates that both bride and groom have selected each other as their life partner. Families of both bride and groom announce the wedding date on engagement ceremony day. 

On this day engagement ceremony starts with the Pooja performed by pandit. The Pooja starts with Ganesh Poojan, Saraswati and Mahalakshmi Poojan followed by a small havan. Engagement Pooja helps strengthen the bond between the couple and their families. Bride and groom exchange their rings after the completion of this Pooja. The muhurata or date of engagement ceremony is decided after reviewing horoscope of both bride and groom.

- No you do not need to pay any Dakshina to the pandit as the Dakshina is already included in our service cost.
